How It Works

Trained on Truth Social
The model learns from thousands of posts pulled directly from Trump's Truth Social account, preserving original capitalization as ground truth labels. Every Witch Hunt, every Fake News, every TOTAL DISASTER is in there.

Three-Class Sequence Labeling
Each word is assigned one of three labels: lowercase, Title Case, or ALL CAPS. A Conditional Random Field model learns the difference between Election (Title Case grievance noun) and STOP (ALL CAPS shouting) — because they mean different things rhetorically.

Features Beyond Grammar
The model considers part of speech, named entity type, position in the post, punctuation context, and per-word corpus capitalization rates. The word witch appears Title Cased over 90% of the time in training data — that alone is a strong signal.
