Acceptance
By using Presidentializer.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. When you create an account or buy credits you are asked to confirm your agreement explicitly.
Nature of the Service
Presidentializer is a satirical, parodic tool. All output is artificially generated and does not represent real statements by any person, living or dead. Any resemblance to actual statements is coincidental and for comedic effect only.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated withDonald J. Trump, the Trump Organization, Trump Media & Technology Group, Truth Social, any political party, campaign, committee, or government body. No endorsement or sponsorship is claimed or implied. This service is offered as commentary, parody and entertainment.
Acceptable Use
You may not use this service to harass, defame, or impersonate any individual, or to generate content intended to deceive others into believing it is a real statement. See our full Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service, or at least 13 if you are in the United States or in an EEA member state that has set a lower digital consent age. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Intellectual Property
Output text generated by the tool is provided to you for your own use, including personal, editorial, and non-commercial use. The underlying models, codebase and site design are owned by us. The training corpus is derived from publicly available posts; we make no copyright claim over third-party content used for model training.
Trademarks."Truth Social" and "TRUMP" are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here only nominatively, to identify the subject of the parody and the source of the public data the model was trained on. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed.
AI-Generated Content
Some features (nickname generation) use the Anthropic Claude API, and all capitalization output is produced by a machine learning model. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate. Output is not a statement of fact about any person. You are responsible for how you use and share generated content, including for labelling it as artificially generated where the law or the context requires it. See our AI Disclosure.
Accounts
An account is required to use the AI-powered nickname generation feature (the core capitalization feature does not require an account). Accounts use passwordless email sign-in: we email you a one-time code, and no password is stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. You may close your account at any time at Your Privacy Rights.
Credits & Payments
AI-powered nickname generation is billed per use via a credit system. New accounts receive 5 free credits. Additional credits are purchased in one-time packs via Stripe; credits are not a subscription and do not renew or auto-charge. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open.
Prices are shown in US dollars before tax. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and displayed by Stripe at checkout, based on your location, and added to the total shown before you confirm the payment. Credits are digital content supplied immediately; they carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it.
After payment, Stripe emails you an itemised invoice for the order, including any tax charged and, where it applies, confirmation of the cancellation choice you made at checkout. That invoice is your confirmation of the contract. If it does not arrive, email us and we will send it.
If you delete your account, any unused credit balance is forfeited. If you want a refund of an eligible unused balance, request it before deleting your account.
Right to Cancel (EEA and UK consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content, without giving a reason.
Because credits are made available to your account immediately, at checkout we ask you to (a) expressly request that we begin supplying the credits during the 14-day withdrawal period, and (b) acknowledge that you therefore lose your right to withdraw once supply has begun. If you give that consent, your right to withdraw ends when the credits are added to your account, and the invoice we email you confirms that you gave it.
If you do not give that consent, or if we credited your account before obtaining it, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@trulyrandom.co with your order details, and we will refund you in full within 14 days using the same payment method. Where you have already spent some credits after expressly consenting to immediate supply, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the credits used.
Refunds
Outside the cancellation right above, credit purchases are final and we do not generally refund unused balances. Nothing in this section limits any refund or remedy you are entitled to under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, including for services that are faulty, not as described, or not supplied. If the service does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where the law requires it, and unless we are prevented from doing so, we will give you notice and an opportunity to respond. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any unused paid credit balance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in those places this section applies only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from use of this service is limited to the greater of $100 or amounts you paid us in the prior 3 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including, for consumers in the EEA and UK, liability under mandatory consumer protection and product liability law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, and disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, to whose jurisdiction you consent.
Consumers.If you are a consumer, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of habitual residence, and it does not prevent you from bringing proceedings in the courts of that country. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. We are not obliged to, and do not currently, participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
Changes
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice on the site (and by email where we hold your address) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept, stop using the service and contact us about any unused paid balance.
